Yes, sleep has been found to be instrumental for good health. There is sufficient evidence to suggest that increased physical activity and an evidence-based exercise program will enhance sleep architecture but will also have a range of other important benefits even when there is chronic disease or illness so your uncle would definitely achieve benefits. Our family is worried about our uncle since he has been having a lot of health problems and doesn&#039;t exercise a lot.
