    Sean has provided an at home program for me to follow, providing concise, informative instructions which take into consideration my activity level, fitness, agility and aches. Video instructions are also available as a reminder on good techniques etc. I feel totally supported by Sean’s amazing knowledge of the science and benefits of keeping active as one ages.
