    I met Sean through on our sons school camp.
    We instantly connected through our passion and love of sports and that we both are teachers of our separate crafts.

    I approached Sean when I was asked to fight for the WBF Australian Masters Boxing Title

    Sean created a Strength and Conditioning Program for me.

    Sean is a professional in every way taking me through every exercise breaking it down recording me doing the exercises then reviewing with me to insure that I was getting the maximum benefit from his program.

    I have represented at a elite level in several sports over my years including waterpolo, surf live saving as well as Boxing and Kickboxing

    The program delivered exactly what I desired.

    Now I am looking forward to defending my Belt.

    Knowing Sean as an accomplished and experienced cyclist and athlete made it easier for me to approach him for much needed advice to help me kick start back to a normal life.
    Sean had to do extensive research to even find some of the lesser known physical issues I live with and try to exercise around. When I worked with Sean on these issues there was an almost immediate improvement which enabled me to get back to my real love of cycling.
    His personal demeanour through all of this was amazing and I actually looked forward to doing these new exercises he had set for me on each visit. Due to my extensive and ongoing injuries he had to put in a great deal of thought about the rehab work I would be doing and he’s done a fine job of it.
    I still think about and apply the appropriate muscle activation exercises as I walk the Goat track a couple of times each week. Now I can climb it at the same speed I was doing 6 years ago; back then it was about fortnightly. The only difference is Sean’s exercises.
    Sean’s approach to his personal lifelong fitness and wellness was the clincher for me. The man lives by what he preaches and that’ll do me.

    I am an older person and after years of going to the gym, I have finally obtained a program that works for me. The best decision i have made was to have a consultation with Sean. From this Sean developed a program to suit myself. After 8 weeks, i have noticed that my knees are not as painful and i can stand up without pushing off the chair. Sean follows up through email to see how you are progressing and offers solutions to any issues that arise.
    I highly recommend Sean, as you won’t find any one more passionate about his work .
